The solution to flooding is good drainage.
-> Good drainage requires space
-> Drains compete with people for space
-> Therefore reduce the number of people
-> Reduce the inflow of Foreign Trash.
Solution is so simple. Why is it no million-dollar Minister is able to come up with the solution?
