Singapore, July 24, 2009 - Underdog scrawny Ng Chin Sheng (above) beat the crowd's favourite to win the Botak Jones Massive Burger eating contest last week.

He also outdid himself.

He wolfed down the huge burger in 1 minute 21 seconds, nearly twice as fast as his preliminary record of 2 minutes 37 seconds.

With sheer determination and full concentration on his chomping, he became the unexpected winner.

Plugged to his music player, he paid no attention to his noisy surroundings, the cheers and jeers from the crowds.

The sesame bun enclosing 220g beef patty, cheese, bacon, two fried eggs was no obstacle.

He managed to dethrone Zack Zainal, (above) with a lead of 10 seconds. Before the finals, Zack held the fastest record during the preliminary stage of the contest with a timing of 1 minute 12 seconds.

However, his supportive fans didn't seem disappointed even though he was slower in the finals with 1 minute 31 seconds.

Coming in third was Meng Cer (above) with a timing of 1 minute 43 seconds.

Thirty-three finalists, picked from best performers in the prelims, took part in the contest at Botak Jones Toa Payoh North.

You can also get a TUNSHIP title from Malaysia by just sucking on TUN Abdullah's limp dick;

KUALA LUMPUR, July 25 — Tun Jeanne Abdullah was today awarded a Special Award for Outstanding Muslim Convert 2009 in recognition of her contribution in helping the poor and needy.

She was presented with the award at the National Muslim Converts Convention 2009 here today along with Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association deputy president Dr Muhamad Fuad Abdullah and preacher Kamaruddin Abdullah, who received Outstanding Muslim Convert Awards 2009.

Jeanne, the wife of former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Muhamad Fuad and Kamaruddin received the awards from Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Jamil Khir Baharom at a ceremony hosted by the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) and the Federal Territories Islamic Council.

In her speech, Jeanne said Jakim should use a friendly approach in propagating Islam to portray the religion as a simple one to learn.

"I am so happy to become a Muslim. It is a beautiful religion that teaches me to be humble, respecting others and caring for others," said Jeanne, who is Open University Malaysia chancellor and Malaysian Paralympic Council patron.

Muhamad Fuad, who was named the Selangor Tokoh Maal Hijrah in 2000, has played a leading role in teaching Muslim converts at weekend Quran recitation classes at Surau Al-Ikhlas, Bangi.

Kamarudin, who is Islamic Propagation Society International president and founder, has been conducting religious talks and organising discourses involving international scholars. — :oIo:Bernama
