I saw in NTUC's poultry section that they are selling thawed frozen chicken. The chicken meat was soaking in water and blood in the seal packaging.
This is so disguising and isn't this a food safety & hygience issue? Why destroy the quality of proper frozen chicken and lie to ourselves that we have (not-frozen) chicken in the chilled poultry section?
