There is no masking requirement in non risk-prone areas. Even in areas declared as risk-prone, your chances of getting stopped by a traffic police for not wearing a helmet as a pillion rider are much higher. If you are returning from Cat I countries, they are considered low risk, then you don't have to self quarantine. These are China, Macao and Taiwan.

For the rest, you need to self-quarantine at home for 7 days. If it's not convenient for you to self-quarantine at home, then a SHQ hotel.

The Cat I list may change by July, nobody knows.
