TENGA, Japan’s most recognizable masturbatory aid, has a history of promoting their goods as creatively as possible–including tea ceremony vibrators, Valentine’s Day chocolate “boxes”, and even their own hot curry stand and energy drink.
What’s most surprising about their new campaign, however, is that it apparently never existed before, as TENGA is announcing its first ever TENGA goods vending machines.
On August 1st, TENGA opened up their first corner of vending machines (3 in total) and says they received roughly 300 visitors on the first day.
If you’re confused about how to use a TENGA cup, there appears to be instruction videos playing inside.
The machines are located in the Susukino neighborhood of Sapporo, Hokkaido, which is a known red light district and home to many accommodations for single people. TENGA is also marketing the machines as a way to buy one of their products at any time of day, without having to deal with any human interaction in doing so. The vending machines are also equipped with an age identification system.
The machines are stocked with Tenga’s popular Cup and Spinner series, as well as their Night Charge energy drink. They’re available 24/7 at the address below.
