Is it me or Temasekreview is down again?

It has been so unstable nowadays, especially the past 2 months. Fed-up man, the portal is getting so unreliable. It is like going to a barber that "suka-suka" open or close his shop. I like its content but the service is screwed...

The Online Citizen portal much more stable but the content not as good...

True.. but they have better articles than Online Citizen.. Temasekreview reports factually while TOC is heavily skewed.

Ha...the last time there was a barber like this in my neighbourhood, it closed down within 6 months.
