Apex Education in a desperate bid to get students has been routinely defacing public property with its ads; examples include those (plastered with multiple layers of scotchtape) on a power utility box outside Bedok View Secondary, and on a construction site along Upper New Changi Road. Vandalism reports have been made, and police investigations are ongoing. I have shared this on various social media platforms (IG, Whatsapp, telegram etc), do help spread word and may the vandals involved be brought to justice!
