Teenager gunned down
IPOH: A 17-year-old was gunned down by an unknown assailant in front of a mini market at Taman Bertuah in Kampung Tawas near here. In the 6.30pm incident on Wednesday, M. Regan was shot three times at close range.
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Azisman Alias said police found two gunshot wounds on Regan’s body and one to his head. “We are still investigating the motive,” he said.
A witness, said prior to the incident, two men wearing full-faced helmets were loitering around the area on their motorcycle.
“They then approached the deceased before one of them fired three shots at him,” he said. Those with information on the incident should call the Ipoh police at 05-2451500.
