The reply focused on how the closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, which have been installed since 2000, can capture clear images. While the images are clear, the real issue is that someone smoked illegally in a lift, and reportedly on several occasions.
Shouldn't the manager explain how the town council was going to take action against the errant smoker rather than spend time dwelling on the quality of the CCTV images? Steve Tan
