I told these guys before, first step is to introduce quota by nationality and remove the singaporean vs non singaporean quota. Once their kids cannot get in, the non singaporeans will agree to remove the quota in totality.

there is more to this than meets the eye...quite afew old singgie members (many of whom are PAP elite) of TC are not in favour of changing the quota...and this is mainly due to practicalities...these old singgie members are also members of other clubs like SICC, TMC, etc and they have seen the difference in the standard of clubs which are generally run with ang moh backing and clubs run with only singgie backing...
