Whoa, many stressed out people these days because of the recession

People getting angry over the smallest of matters, people shouting at each other at work and in public, people talking to themselves

Why, why, why?

Recesssion is natural. It is part of the business cycle. Economy will expand, then contract. Just like waves coming in and going out.

If you never over-extended yourselves, if you are not greedy, if you live within your means, if you downgraded long time ago, would you be concerned?

No, of course not.

But if you have overextended or have been greedy for 5% minibonds or have lived beyond your means by being stupid enough to be seduced by glossy advertisements

then learn to accept things, accept that the recession is here and after some time I don't know how many years, the economy will boom again

Don't be sad, just understand the nature of things and dont get angry at your fellow men because the property you bought at $2,800psf is now offered at $1,300 psf by seller and valued at $900psf by the bank

The worst case is bankrupt only, life goes on

Take it in stride, take it like a man

Can downgrade still consider lucky.

No assets, no savings, no other means of financial backup.
Wanna downgrade also nothing to downgrade.

To these group of people, job is the ONLY survivor tool...without it.
Their lifestyle, their dreams are gone...perhaps family on the verge of breaking down.....wife leaving with another man...

Thatz life.

:( :o :(

If some people decide to over-stretch themselves to show off, that's their business.
The wife leaving may also be a blessing in disguise. If she left at such a time, was she even worth having around in the first place? Unless she was also a trophy wife, I guess.

What is unnatural is that good or bad times, Sporns' lives are going linearly downhill and getting from being poor to being in abject poverty. Yet the 66% are so afraid to kick out the leegally corrupt and insatiably greedy Leegime, which is the cause of their troubles!

well, we live under the same regime. i am not in trouble...

those who are prudent and live within their means are okay

those who are greedy or borrow heavily to speculate or show off, they deserve it

the ironic part is sinkees believe in pap's "good times" and "golden period"... and now they dare not take it out on the pap but among themselves.. which is why i call sinkees cowards...
