在中国人民解放军建军91周年之际，台湾省多个促统团体在彰化县二水乡的“台湾省社会主义民族 思想爱国教育基地”举行活动，向解放军致敬，同时表达了对祖国的赤诚。 在当天举行的集会上，促统团体还举行了宣誓升旗仪式活动。基地负责人魏明仁表示，“誓必实现两岸和谐、祖国统一。我们相信祖国、全国人民支持我们。”
