台北市中山二派出所員警，晚上巡邏時，發現一部賓士車違停路中央，要上前盤查、開單，結果駕駛匆忙從店家裡衝出來阻止，還不斷央求員警放自己一馬，想盡快脫身，警方見他行徑可疑，往車內一看，發現一把制式手槍，就插在中央扶手處，當場露餡。

一邊央求警方放自己一馬，同時也似乎在掩飾著什麼，眼尖員警車內一搜，果然有問題，一把制式手槍，就插在中央扶把的地方，十分囂張。警方起出槍枝，男子立刻撇清，辯稱車子是老闆的，自己什麼都不知情，但證據就擺在眼前。
9日晚上6點多，這名駕駛把車停在台北市新生北路二段巷弄內，到店家要領貨，圖一時方便，車子沒熄火、直接停在路中央，想阻止員警開單，卻因此露餡。被發現擁槍自重，查獲制式點二二捷克制手槍，裡面還填裝了6發子彈，警方抓違停，意外查到槍，嫌犯註定要被逮。
警方調查，34歲黃姓嫌犯有槍砲、毒品等案底，他宣稱平日幫一間衛浴用品公司老闆開車，也不知道車內有槍，想要脫罪，警方除了將他送辦，也將持續追查槍枝來源。
