Taiwanese judges fear for their family and moved house

Taiwanese judges who handles Chen Shui Bian's case are under great psychological pressures. They are wearing disguise including mustache & hats when they go outside to prevent being recognized. They told their children not to acknowledge about their judge parents. They had move from their home because media took picture of them near their homes.

The angry supporters of Chen Shui Bian shouted on TV to judges to watch out for their sons, after Chen Shui Bian went to remand prison again.

前總統陳水扁羈押庭評議結果在30日凌晨2點半終於出爐，合議庭法官裁定扁收押不禁見；接著的場景，是走出法庭的挺扁民眾一路不斷叫罵，由於氣氛有點緊張，檢察官越方如表情嚴肅，但也透露出一絲擔心，因為在等候評議結果的時候，吳寶玉甚至還對檢察官口出惡言，叫檢察官「小心自己的小孩」。


這 句話說出來可不是開玩笑的，把恩怨牽扯到小孩身上，讓檢察官個個緊張，甚至不排除對吳寶玉提告。而除了特偵組檢察官之外，壓力最大的莫過於審判長蔡守訓， 據傳蔡守訓擔心自己遭到報復，曾特別叮嚀兒子說，出去不要跟別人透露「爸爸是蔡守訓」。此外，就連出門旅遊或回老家，他也會戴帽子與留鬍子，以免被認出 來。


此外，陪審法官徐千惠也受到波及，因為被媒體拍到住家附近的照片，徐千惠乾脆搬家，免得遭有心人報復。扁家案件牽涉之大，不論押與不押，都會有人不滿，承辦案件的法官所承受的壓力可想而知。（新聞來源：東森新聞）

据台湾《联合报》报道，陈水扁29日出庭发挥律师本色，不但拉马(英九)批李(登辉)，并动之以情，直说自己“如同过街老鼠，人人喊打”、“虎落平阳被犬欺”，暗讽特侦组是“犬”，惹得旁听席大笑。
陈水扁还打哀兵策略说，三十二天的牢狱生活“生不如死”，“我真的要被羁押到死为止”，如果检方、法官心证已形成，就请特侦组建请马英九比照蒋介石朱笔一批“陈水扁枪毙可也”，节省司法、社会成本。
陈水扁昨天有备而来，所带的牛皮纸袋中装满数据，庭讯中不断记笔记，几张纸上画满了红蓝记号，并不时对照起诉书及高院抗告书内容，还适时纠正书记官的记载，陈水扁整整讲了一百分钟。
他指出，昨天他在家看卷到半夜，吴淑珍叫他不用看了，她还说看到审判长换人就吓得要昏倒了，说他“稳死”“会押到死”。
审判长蔡守训幽默回应陈水扁，“建议你太太多来几次就不会怕了，一回生两回熟。”陈水扁回答，“她看到你就昏倒”。两人的对答引起法庭内一阵笑声。

There can be 2 main angles to view Ah Bian, both may mutually conflict each other at some points, but both are quite true:

• A separatist fighter
• An anti-totalitarian fighter

I don't support separatism but I am anti-totalitarian.

First phase of Ah Bian's political life fighting as opposition is essentially the 2nd role. After he took office as president the more obvious thing is the 1st role.

As for his funds, it is essentially his political cash vault. As a separatist, he have to hide his funds. There is no legal way to do so. Violating money laundering laws is the price he paid and the risk he took.

However, there are other things unforgivable. Such as extortive methods to gain political funds, corrupted means to suck public funds into his own political funds. Abusing power as president.

If these got proven then Ah Bian took it too far and violated the public too much as an elected president can not be forgiven.

Regardlessly there are lots of positive things people especially Singaporeans can still learn from this fighter, his fighting capabilities and resolve are what we lack seriously here in red dot. He have certain creativity and calculation, he is very careful and he is the BEST in terms of Reversing the disadvantage situation and gain surprise victory, he is also infamous for capable to fight UP-HILL battles. He can take pressure. He can withstand defeats and fight on strongly.

Compared with Ah Bian, Old Dog Thief LKy and our oppositions are very very weak.

The BIG question remains as:

Weather Ah Bian have any viable alternatives than hiding and laundering these huge funds and put under controls of his own family?

Why didn't he openly established a Taiwan Independence Campaign Fund, which is transparent and monitored by his fellow DPP or pro-independent comrades?

There is strong reason therefore to believe that he or his wife have very selfish ideas with these huge funds, their son & daughter-in-law don't have to work while enjoying very luxury life styles (Ah Bian's daughter work as dentist). I take it as Ah Bian had PERSONALIZED these funds and Mixed it into his own family wealth, his personal digression (if unexposed) will decide weather how much he will use these funds to benefit his political comrades vs his own family. For a person who lead a major political campaign this way to handle a huge financial resource is very selfish; unprofessional; irresponsible as well as non-transparent. (aka corrupt) Very very bad example he set.

I don't support Any Separatism. But objectively, I can still visualize Taiwanese Separatism as a civil movement, in order to study it, and learn useful methods; experience; management; drive; fund-raising etc, from this political campaign.

KMT also possess huge funds & assets, but they are essentially not so personalized and at least handled at party level (党产）however, we are all aware that there are lots of frauds and irresponsible corrupted and non-transparent handling, and powerful individuals had screwed away some of these huge funds. One of them being Lee Deng Hui, I want to see Mah Ying Jiu fix him properly, if Mah do so, I give him one thumb up.

Chen family compared with famiLEE

Big comparison here I want to draw Singaporeans to is:

National / Public Assets of Singapore in the hands of famiLEE - GIC Temasek and our CPF funds.

Compared against:

Taiwanese Green Camp's funds in the hands of Chen family.

Old Dog Thief similarly put his own son & daughter-in-law = Ass Loong Son & Ho Jinx in charge of ALL OUR SINGAPOREANS MONIES.

This is larger sum and this is State and Citizens' asset. It is a much bigger risk and responsibility hence bigger moral and penal violation to mishandle and personalize or famiLEE-tized these funds.

The identical points are:

• all within the hands of one single family sons + daughter-in-law +wives 吴淑珍＆KGC aka Loong.Mom
  
• huge public asset
• non-transparent and indeed very secretive
• mixing illegal and LEEgalized corruption
• very audacious and reckless
• very bad examples
• surely huge losses were covered up
• surely big mistakes made and untold
• Foul Foul Foul

Big diff between Ah Bian & LKy here (for now) is very importantly - Ah Bian is not getting away with his, Old Dog Thief LKy is still getting away with OURS. Take NOTE and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

When one is in power for too long, absolute power corrupts !!

Chen managed for 2 terms and he is head over heel, and he wished that DPP will win and continue his influence. The 2nd term fake bullet incident helped him and he was out to ruin Ma Ying Jeou chances of being the next President. Charges were hard pressed by Chen against Ma for 3 times which succeed in the first 2, and Ma was acquitted.

Now, his supporters are equal morons !! It is clear cut that Chen is CORRUPTED !! This time round, Chen really helps to fuck his own party, DPP hard. If I were that stupid lady leader of DPP, I will do my utmost to restore my party reputation and denounce Chen. Yet, that fucking lady still stage protests and create unrest. I am glad that Ma frustrated her efforts and plans. What she needs is A BRAIN !!!

What's moronic ?? Fucking Chen's wife fake sick and faint !! If she wants to die, it is easy, stick her 2 fucking fingers into the power socket and flip the switch !!
