【星島日報報道】台灣一個獸男趁家人外出時，竟性侵年僅5歲的外甥女。女童家人事後告上法院，男子在法庭上居然辯稱「女童處女膜沒有破」，否認性侵。不過法官認定，由於被告生殖器官太短小，才會使女童處女膜完整。被告最終被判入獄7年6個月。

據報，被告平日與外甥女一家人同住，日常中相處融洽。至2015年9月，被告趁家中無人之際，將女童叫到自己的房間進行性侵，由於女童年紀小，當下害怕得不敢反抗。女童事後向家人揭發舅父的惡行，家人隨後帶女童到醫院驗傷並報警。

被告事後否認曾性侵女童，質疑5歲的小女孩不可能如此明確的指證，其律師更辯稱，女童的處女膜還很完整，如果被成年男性性侵，處女膜絕對會破裂，由此可以證明該男子沒將生殖器插入女童下體，僅止於「猥褻」。而根據女童的傷診斷結果為「右側陰部發炎」，確實無處女膜破裂、會陰部撕裂傷的情形。
