日前一名自稱是「大樹林囝仔」的林姓男子，因為酒醉叫計程車回家，竟藉酒裝瘋搭霸王車還毆打司機，引發民眾不滿，將他肉搜出來還蛋洗他家。對此，警方也在昨（24）日深夜通知5名動私刑的男子到案說明，並強調絕不容許「私刑正義」發生，針對動手的5人將會嚴正執法。

林男因無故毆打計程車司機，造成對方右眼視力受損，引發民眾不滿，擅動私刑到他家潑漆、砸蛋，甚至還將衛生棉直接貼在林男住家門口，嚇得他趕緊拍影片道歉，求大家「放過家人」。而警方事後也循著監視器找到動手的5人，發現其中2人還是未成年少年，24日晚間通知其到案說明。

5人到案後也坦承，所作所為完全是為了替司機抱不平，並非受他人指使。警方則表示絕不容許「私刑正義」存在，將2名未成年少年依少年事件處理法函送；另外3名動手的謝姓、呂姓和李姓男子，則依毀損、社會秩序維護法函送法辦。（編輯：楊惟甯）
