機師工會去年與華航、長榮達成共識，承諾1年內不會發動罷工，但今（27）日傳出，因不滿華航在協商時片面毀約，華航機師決定重啟罷工行動，目前已約有8成會員，同意工會改採強硬手段向資方爭取權益。
不滿爭取改善過勞和飛行安全勞資協商破裂，由華航和長榮航空台籍機師組成的機師工會去年通過罷工投票，取得合法罷工權。但歷經20餘天的討論，工會承諾1年內暫緩罷工行動，同意將協商期間將拉長至1年，若1年內所有訴求達成協議，工會也承諾3年內不會罷工。

但根據《蘋果日報》報導，雖然長榮分會與資方的後續協商有明確進展，但華航分會與資方卻不太順利。報導指出，華航分會與資方當初共有21條協議，僅2條核心訴求達成共識，因此機師工會針對華航分會會員，寄發勞資爭議與協商意向調查表，讓會員自行決定後續協商的態度該採強硬或保守做法。
據了解，目前已約有8成會員同意，授予工會幹部改採更強硬手段與資方談判，等同授予工會幹部可重啟罷工行動。目前民航局正在密切關切機師罷工情況，華航發言人劉朝洋也表示，針對機師工會對華航會員發出勞資爭議與協商的意見調查，已在密切了解中。
