年關將近，新北市板橋篤行路上的陽信銀行發生搶案，下午兩點鐘，一名男子騎機車到銀行大門後，隨即戴著安全帽、拿著黑色提袋衝進銀行，用槍指著警衛大喊不要動、要搶劫，搜刮兩個櫃台之後，還跑進疑似金庫的小房間，短短130秒，行搶金額預估超過330萬。
下午兩點鐘，這名男子騎著藍色機車，停在銀行大門前，沒停進停車格，而是大剌剌放在騎樓上，只見他安全帽也沒脫，手上拎著大大的行李袋，就衝了進去銀行搶錢，對著警衛台的警衛大喊「不要動、我要搶劫」，還用搶指著他，路過民眾經過紛紛張望，兩分鐘之後立刻騎車離開。
遭搶銀行，就在板橋篤行路上的陽信銀行，由於犯案時間很短，隔壁店家根本不知道發生什麼事，警方接獲通報後立刻趕抵現場，沒等鐵門完全拉起就匍匐前進，鑽進銀行查看，但錢都被搶走了。

這名男子大約在下午2點0分27秒進去，130秒的時間搜刮銀行現金，警方表示，男子先是用槍恐嚇警衛不要動，之後走進銀行櫃檯裡，搜刮兩個櫃檯的現金，還用槍指著行員，大喊「帶我去小房間」疑似金庫的地方，行搶金額超過330萬。
鑑識人員抵達現場，採集櫃檯上、小房間門把上，任何可能有搶匪指紋或生物跡證的地方，並調閱周遭監視器畫面。再看一次嫌犯特徵，當時他騎著犯案機車，頭戴銀色安全帽，穿著米白色外套、黑色長褲，拿著黑色大提袋。
雖然嫌犯第一時間騎機車逃逸，但不排除可能變換交通工具，甚至可能混入人群中，搭乘大眾運輸工具，2018年最後一個上班日竟發生搶案，不僅行員無法安心放假，警方也全面戒備，要盡快將人逮捕到案。

At two o'clock in the afternoon, a man rode a locomotive to the bank gate and immediately ran into the bank with a black bag and pointed at the gun. The guards shouted not to move, to rob, and after searching for two counters, they ran into a small room suspected of a vault, in just 130 seconds, and the estimated amount was more than 3.3 million.
At two o'clock in the afternoon, the man was riding a blue locomotive and parked in front of the bank gate. He did not stop in the parking space. Instead, he was placed on the arcade. He saw that his helmet was not off, and he was carrying a big hand. The duffel bag rushed into the bank to grab the money. The guard at the guard station shouted "Don't move, I want to rob", and I used to grab him. The people passed by and watched, and immediately left after two minutes.
The bank was robbed, and Yangxin Bank on the Banqiao Road in Banqiao. Due to the short time of the crime, the store next door did not know what happened.
