Maid admits sex with boy

AN INDONESIAN maid had sex with her employer's 11-year-old son after fondling and touching him, a district court heard on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old domestic worker stopped 10 to 15 minutes later when she heard voices of the boy's parents returning home. This took place at the family home in June last year.
On another occasion on Dec 25 last year, the boy, who had turned 12 then, passed by the maid's room and wished her goodnight after going to the toilet. The court heard that the accused pulled him into her room and performed oral sex on him.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Cassandra Cheong said at the time, the door was open and the room light was on. About five to 10 minutes later when the boy had not returned to his bedroom, which he was sharing with his grandmother, the latter decided to check on him.
While walking towards the toilet, she saw what the maid was doing to the victim and immediately called out the boy's name. The maid stopped and pulled up the boy's pants. The grandmother told the boy's parents what she had seen while out shopping with them the next day. The boy's father spoke to him and he finally revealed what the accused had done. He lodged a police report on Dec 27.
The accused will be sentenced on June 2. She could jailed up to 10 years for the oral sex charge. For the sex with the boy charge, she could be fined and jailed up to two years. Two other charges will be taken into consideration during sentencing.
