OFFICERS from Clementi Police Division have arrested a 25-year-old man believed to be involved in several cases of theft at a tertiary institution in the Clementi area on Monday. The suspect was arrested on Tuesday in Pasir Panjang Road. reliminary investigations revealed that the man may have been involved in another case of theft at the same institution last month.
