Sucker complain about Far East Organisation's substandard condos

STOMPer Frankco is unhappy that his brand new house is suffering from a host of problems that include wall cracks, loose staircase railings, and a leaking shower stall. The developer has apparently retiled the shower stall but the problems still persist after 4 months of living in the house, says the STOMPer.

In his email dated Sep 1:

"In less than a month upon moving in; cracks on the walls, lose railing joints on staircase, leaking shower stall, reverse drainage from the shower stall to the bath tub, clogged water pipes (due to construction debris) and etc were found in a brand new high valued development by Far East Organisation.

"It has now been over 4 months, and problems have not been rectified properly even after not being able to use certain parts of the house for a few days.

"How does such a renowned developer provide poor developments in the country?"

What's new? Far East is well known for their sub-standard building all along, it is just that buyer is not aware of it.

Far East is well known for such things. Imagine what lies beneath? The pipes. wires, concrete probably all substandard.

I avoid all Far East projects.
