A friend, TAMI said : Everyone struggles in life with something whether it be internal or external. We basically have two choices in how to deal with it. We can embrace our pain, fight through it, and come out victorious on the other side, or we can surrender, give up, and let our pain defeat and define us.

The rewards for fighting the battle and getting through it are not often as apparent as we would like to think. If we focus too much on the outcome of the struggle rather than the process itself, we won't be nearly as efficient as we could potentially be.

The most important lessons and rewards that we can reap from struggle are those of internal value. Patience, perseverance, and confidence are attributes that are not necessarily all learned through our experiences, but rather they are directly earned or inherited through maintaining a steadfast and unyielding attitude towards our purpose.

Don't give up on yourself, see it through to the end and I can promise you that the rewards and opportunities for fighting through your struggles will add enriching, positive value to your life.

Frederick Douglas...from our sister Ro, "Live each moment to its fullest extent, whether in action or perfect stillness. For the value of life isn't so much what we do in this world, but what we learn and take into the next one. The legacy we leave behind is the effect, while what we affect depends upon the willingness of those around us to absorb the impact."

In Australia and the west, you get welfare benefits if you fail. Last resort bid to make a come back.some Don't even bother. I met a English couple in Greece who returns only to collect welfare cheques.

Give up is what you should do with the worker party. I promise you the rewards are well worth it.

Internal values, not internal value.
