新丝路集团前财务总监因与集团前主席等三人串谋，在新加坡交易所制造交易假象，推高集团股价，被判入狱12周。

被告张添传（55岁）共面对31项抵触证券及期货法令的控状，他星期一（9月16日）对其中六项认罪，余项交由法官在下判时一并考量。

被告案发时是新丝路集团（New Silkroutes Group）的财务总监，负责管理公司账目、融资和并购事宜。与他串谋的三人是新丝路集团前主席吴仁轩医生（55岁）、前执行董事欧昌权（53岁）以及新丝路集团曾聘用的商业做市商GTC Group有限公司唯一董事黄义文（41岁）。

根据案情，新丝路集团最初经营石油贸易和电子相关产品分销业务，2016年12月通过收购诊所和医疗用品公司，开始涉足医疗保健业。然而，集团股价在2017年下跌，阻挡了集团收购其他公司和筹集资金的步伐。

2017年1月至5月，集团股价稳定在0.7元至0.9元之间，6月却降至0.4元至0.5元，到了11月更进一步跌到0.285元。集团在股价大跌后暂停股票交易，并在12月4日要求停牌，直到2018年2月25日复牌。

吴仁轩在停牌期间的2018年2月4日，要张添传寻找做市商，他后来把商业做市商GTC的董事黄义文介绍给吴仁轩。新丝路集团在2018年2月21日至26日间，聘请GTC提供做市服务，实则是为了利用GTC购买新丝路集团的股票以推高股价。集团股票在暂停交易前的股价为0.285元，吴仁轩、张添传和欧昌权要求黄义文把股价推高至0.5元。

除了利用GTC，数人的计划也包括利用新丝路集团回购股票的户头和吴仁轩的交易户头下订单，以推高股价。他们会商讨何时以什么价格购买，以达成目标。

从2018年2月26日至8月27日期间，他们的买入交易占新丝路集团股票市场总交易量的28.78%，在11个交易日创下日内高点。若没有被告等人的交易，集团股价在其中22个交易日将更低。

控方：推高股价计划复杂 被告扮演重要角色​

控方指出，被告等人推高股价的计划经过谋划且复杂，虽然被告并非主谋，但他重复使用集团回购股票的户头购买股票，制造交易假象，而且是集团和黄义文之间的桥梁，扮演着重要角色，因此建议法官判他坐牢12周。

张添传的代表律师求情时说，他的当事人在有关计划执行前一个月才加入公司，他只是依照上司的指示办事，没想到会触法，恳请法官轻判。

另外三名涉案人的案件仍在审前会议阶段。

新丝路集团自2021年11月起停牌，新加坡交易所今年9月拒绝了集团的复牌申请，理由是对集团的财务稳定性和新业务的可行性存在担忧。新丝路集团若在今年内未能满足新交所的所有要求，新交所将根据挂牌条例将它除牌。（部分人名译音）
