大陸福建清流縣28日舉一場「武林龍鬥士中外拳王爭霸賽」，清流縣武協會長霍燕山用點穴伎倆，在散打王齊衛華的心臟附近點穴，2回合就讓對方倒地抽搐、難以站立；不過影片曝光，網友質疑兩人串通演戲，對此，主辦方縣文旅局強調，比賽真實無造假，霍燕山也願意接受其他人挑戰。

綜合陸媒報導，影片中可見，齊衛華一開始先出腳，霍燕山躲開攻勢後，隔著拳擊手套直接點左肩，齊衛華立刻倒地，雙手抱胸、表情痛苦，甚至開始渾身抽搐，而主持人則不斷大喊「點到了」。
後來齊衞華在3、4人攙扶下才起身，霍燕山脫去拳擊手套後，不斷拍打後背穴位，當場對他進行「解穴」、「活血」的動作，表情才稍微紓緩，最後裁判宣布霍燕山勝利。

不過影片曝光，網友質疑影片造假，對此，霍燕山解釋「功夫肯定是真的」，並願意接受其他人挑戰，賽事推廣人劉權輝也表示，經過了解技能等資訊，才邀請選手參與比賽，沒有造假情形。

根據《澎湃新聞》報導，廈門散打權威人士表示，查詢廈門大小武館後找不到齊衞華這人，質疑點穴倒地是配合演出，點穴大師也只是炒作；據悉，霍燕山為太極宗師陳小旺弟子，自稱苦練獨門絕技點穴神功多年。
