Peasantpore: Acting Minion for Social Engineering Ah Chan Sing Sing said that going forward, the city state will have to incur budget deficits if poor peasants demand for more social needs.

The challenge, Stingy Ah Chan said, is to find the more sources of state revenues to fund and sustain social programmes without competing for funds to let Ho Jinx maintain her high stakes gambles.

Minion Ah Chan 'Kee Chew' was speaking at the Despot Lee Kuan Yew School of Vile Statecraft eighth anniversary public lecture on Friday.

The theme of the lecture was "Reflections on Legalist Statecraft: No Dilemmas killing inept peasants".

He said as a dog-eat-dog society, Peasantpore must come to a consensus given finite resources available, Penang Laksa was correct to suggest allowing old peasants to die in Johor hospices.

For some poor peasants, he sneered, there is a need to manage expectations that Ruler Loong intends to help them.

Stingy Ah Chan said despite his harsh childhood, he made it as an rich minion now and he sees no reasons why other peasants should emulate him and bite the bullet and stay off the dole.

He said Ruler Loong has already hinted Peasantpore's dismal fiscal position. Peasantpore addicted to foreign direct investments using cheap labour has faltered due to the global finance crisis amid challenges from cheaper Asiatic cities.

Ah Chan said: "We need to help them understand that there are others who need help more. So we may allow them to kill themselves by jumping into the Barrage. Blackguard Khaw has clearly reasoned we cannot afford health care and he is correct to try send old peasants to die in JB but nobody dare to make the first move.

"While we shield our political office holders from foreign competitionn, we will never shield our peasants entirely from the intense global competition, we can and will certainly prepare them to die off slowly via low birth rates."

"Lets be frank lah, if you want welfare for old peasants them do not cry father, cry mother when Ruler Loong raise taxes. Then when Ah Khaw ask old peasants to die in JB, another round of moanings, then lum par, what you peasants want huh," Ah Chan crowed.

Ah Chan explained while the regime may improve basic pre-school services, some lum par parents always want to spend more money on silly arty farty programmes which are useless. They will be preyed on by shrewd merchants who raise fees and start a vicious cycle of more moans for more regime funding.

"Lum par lah, no matter what, always got some parents richer and can afford better programmes. Then other green eye keep writing arty farty letters to forum and REACH to create trouble. Then Ruler Loong ask me what the fish happening, then I must think of some carrots to give peasants to make them happy. Some carrots goes to merchants who KNN cum up with more courses to fool peasants and who then start the moans saying expensive lah. I better go and live in State of Lanfang then repeat this cycle again and again and again," he warned.

Ah Chan added that apart from making sound policies, policy makers continue to penny pinch and use more clauses to limit pay outs.

At a dialogue session later, Ah Chan said the challenge is finding that "sweet spot" by saying hardships make him stronger and he sees no reason why some peasants groan too much.

The acting minister said like Peasantpore legal, it is better to starve a few peasants to death then extend more welfare to the whole lot.

At the event, Mr Chan also launched a book which glorify the Despot Lee School of Vile Statecraft's eight anniversary.

Titled "Despot Lee School of Vile Statecraft: Building a Vile Statecraft School in Modern Asiatic Societies", the book contains the reflections and perspectives by five key members of the school on the 'Lee Theory of Imperial Clan Dominance'.

Footnote: This book is written for the same political purpose as Commie Jiang Zemin's pretenious 'Three Represents' garbage theory.
