STi Index to hit 1700 ?

Hi , i got to a chart to sharre with you guys

July 1998 STI is at 856.43 lowest in the last decade
march 2003 STI is at 1267.33 Lowest in 5 years

I boldly predict the lowest STI can go is 1700 coming in this few weeks time.
