HIGHER service revenues, reduced costs and smaller taxes helped deliver a 21 per cent improvement in second-quarter net profits to $77.8 million at Singapore's second-biggest telecommunications player, StarHub.
Despite a challenging economic backdrop, revenues were ahead 0.2 per cent at $532 million for the three months to June 30, compared to the same period last year.
