S'pore & Hong Kong police join forces in fighting crime

SINGAPORE: The police forces of Singapore and Hong Kong are to step up cooperation in fighting cross-jurisdictional crime and boosting law enforcement.
Singapore Police Commissioner Ng Joo Hee and Hong Kong Police Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the enhanced cooperation on Friday.
It covers information sharing, professional development and training.
It is the first MOU signed between the two police forces.
The ceremony took place at the Hong Kong Police Headquarters.
