CCTV footage posted on the bakery’s Instagram account shows the customer, clad in a pink top, in the bakery at around 2.40pm on 1 May.Initially, she took her plate of cake and beverage when they were served.

The woman added a knee-jerk reaction as if to show that the action was ‘accidental’. She then walked away to an area off-camera.
An employee promptly grabbed some napkins to clear up the mess, which spilled over the Point-of-Sales (POS) equipment.

Besides throwing the hot cocoa, she allegedly also swore at a baker using the expletive “F**k”.
“We do not tolerate such abusive language or behaviour towards any of our staff,” the bakery stressed.
It thus appeals to the public to help identify the customer, so that it can lodge a police report and file relevant claims for the equipment damage.
The bakery reiterated that this was also to ensure the staff’s safety “so that this never happens again”.
