Yumi Bai Reportedly Sent To Hospital To Get Stomach Pumped; Sparks Talk Of An Alleged Suicide Attempt
Taiwan Apple Daily is claiming that BY2’s Yumi Bai, who was recently accused of having an affair with Wang Leehom by his ex-wife Lee Jinglei, was at the hospital to get her stomach pumped today (Dec 22) and netizens are now saying that it was an alleged suicide attempt .A netizen going by the moniker ‘Being A Child 007’ on Weibo, who claims to be a close friend of the 29-year-old star, posted a photo showing the back view of a woman, believed to be Yumi, slumped on a wheelchair.
Another woman, presumably her older twin sister Miko, is seen squatting by her side.

The woman on the left definitely bears a resemblance to Miko
The netizen wrote, “Yumi swallowed sleeping pills to try to end her life and ended up in the hospital getting her stomach pumped. Wang Leehom, you’re fully aware that Yumi has never interfered in your hopeless marriage!!! I’ll never forgive you if something happens to her!!!!”
Hospital documents showing Yumi's birth name were also shared
The netizen also attached photos of hospital documents showing that Yumi’s case was classified under the ‘red’ aka most urgent category and that she was seen by doctors at 5.41am for “drug poisoning”.The papers also showed Yumi’s birth name, Peh Wei Ling, along with her age.

We hope Yumi is okay
On Dec 19, Yumi posted a long statementclarifying that she had "officially dated" Leehom in 2012, before he got together with Jinglei.Yumi added that Leehom had told her that he met someone new in Oct 2013, and that she had wished him well for his new relationship. She also maintains that she did not have an affair with Leehom when he was married.
However, her defense was quickly shot down by Jinglei, who claimed that Leehom told her that Yumi was just a “friend”.
Jinglei also shared a screenshot of what is allegedly Yumi's very risqué WhatsApp profile pic, as well as a message that is supposedly directed at Leehom from 2015.
