Exercise regimen: I teach 20-plus hours of Pole and Exotic Dance classes a week at Bobbis Pole Studio. The muscles that are commonly worked on from my classes are the chest, the upper back and forearms - it's a gym and dance club combined.
Diet: Loads of fresh fruit and vegetables, one kopi-o kosong daily, lots of water and minced meat noodles with chilli.
