My campmate's cousin bought a landed house in Braddell Estate during the peak in 97. Then found out the house was haunted. In the end had to sell at loss more than $300K. Today the house is torn down and rebuilt.

Your campmate's cousin don't know. Supposedly told once, haunted house, must tear down to the ground and expose the land for 49 days, then start rebuilding. I supposed the new buyer knows:o
