SINGAPORE: The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is offering a S$1,000 reward to find the culprits of a case of animal abuse.A member of the public alerted the SPCA to the grisly find.
Two kittens were found dead at the void deck of Blk 212 Marsiling Crescent.
One kitten had its skull smashed and flattened while the other suffered traumatic impact to the head and neck region.
Anyone found guilty of animal cruelty can be imprisoned up to 12 months, fined up to S$10,000, or both.
