Since Turkish donkeys have traditionally relied on two major sources of tech transfer from two close allies, krauts and southern gooks, expect Turkey to start launching satellites in coming years.

granted iran hasn't launched any satellite or payload more than 1 ton to space by now using their launch vehicles
