South Koreans all worked up over busty model
Nearly 1,600 men from South Korea are eager to date Larissa Riquelme.
They have a month to sweet talk the 25-year-old model. And the chosen one can date her. Riquelme shot to international fame when she was spotted watching football in a revealing outfit with a cellphone tucked in her cleavage during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. She had also promised to run naked if Paraguay won.
Last month, the busty Paraguayan signed up with South Korea's matchmaking agency Sunoo (Couple.net) to meet her Mr Right.
As of October, 1,592 men replied to her call. Sunoo said the men were between 18 and 44 years old. "They include teachers, policemen, civil servants and workers of major coporations.
"Some 20% of them are from other countries such as Mexico, Peru and Venezuela," said the company. It is learnt that the company would shortlist 100 candidates and choose the final three from the group, based on Riquelme's criteria. One of the requirements is that the lucky man must be able to speak her native tongue - Spanish. It is not known how many of the eager applicants can speak that language.
