The luxury house where businesswoman Assia Shahzad, 40, was found brutally killed

A wealthy UK businesswoman was allegedly stabbed to death by her two sons aged 16 and 21 after she allegedly split from their dad and found a new lover. Assia Shahzad, 40, was found in a pool of blood at her £600,000 (RM2.96 million) luxury home in Aylesbury, after she made a frantic 999 call to police at about 7pm on Saturday. She was reportedly estranged from her husband Rashad, 45. According to The Sun, she continued to live in their luxury six-bedroom house with her disabled son Lookman, 18, and his 16-year-old brother Sulaiman while the eldest son, Usman, 21, lived away from the family home.

The suspects, held in separate police cells, were being questioned over the butal killing. The 16-year old boy was reported to be hurt from injuried caused by his mother defending herself. A neighbour who declined to be named said: "Her husband doesn't live at the house. We have been told that she was seeing other men and her sons may not have approved." However, police have ruled out an honour killing, calling it "domestic-related" murder. Detective Chief Insp Vince Grey, of Thames Valley Police said the sons were being held on suspicion of murder. "Our investigation is still in its early stages.

However, we believe this was not a random attack,".
Neighbours said Assia Shahzad ran a transport business in Aylesbury and was very well known and liked in the community. A relative, identified only as Jim, said: "She was a lovely woman, totally devoted to those boys. " "She would go without things so they could have. It is a tragedy. I cannot believe two sons would really kill their mother." Raj Khan, a local councillor who grew up with Assia, said: "I saw her on Saturday. She seemed OK and was talking about going for some food." Usman's MySpace profile reveals he is a fan of gangster movies.
