Nope, you guessed wrong, nothing about human rights or democracy.

My questions:

1) What is the role of the Singapore Cooperation Programme (http://app.scp.gov.sg/) in Singapore's foreign policy and what has it been its success/shortcomings across the years? Which Minister in MFA overseas the SCP?

2) Singapore recently started contributing to the World Bank's IDA (www.worldbank.org/ida). What conditions does SG impose when channelling money through the IDA? Has it pushed for reform of the World Bank?

3) Why hasn't Singapore joined the OECD (www.oecd.org)?
