Some folders are more equal than others.

Does anyone know that some folders in this forum are moderated and some are not.

I found out that when I post in the Emigration folder, the post is moderated by a moderator. Anyone experiences the same thing?

But when I post in other folders, it gets posted immediately.

What is the deal here?
