Since Malaysia and Singapore had been operate with two nations and two parliaments. We still can unite as far we continue to accept Malaysia Rukun Negara.

In Singapore, we can operate as per normal as an independent nation with a President of Singapore.

In Malaysia, we had four members of parliament; Singapore North, Singapore South, Singapore West and Singapore East. The duties of the MP's is to fight for Singaporean right in Malaysia. The 4 MPs also can help to improve Singapore and Malaysia relation. We also can appoint a Singapore Sultan. The Sultan duties are to improve Singapore and Malaysia relation issue, Muslim Affair and Malay Sultanate issue in Malaysia.

The Singapore Sultan and the 4 Malaysia MPs office will be allocated at Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge. We wish the Johor Sultan will return the three islands back to Singapore. The 4 MP can be Malaysian or Singaporean citizen. The water between Singapore and three islands will petrol by Singapore Royal Guard and SAF Guard.

The Singapore Sultan and the four Malaysia MP is paid according to Malaysia Parliament and The Kingdom of Malaysia Government for The Federal Territory of Singapore's Administration.

Our Singapore Sultan also had the same status as other states sultan to award Tun, Datuk Sri, Datuk, Tan Sri, JP and so on. The Sultan birthday is our Singaporean Public Holiday.

1) Water issues is Johor and Singapore state issue between PUB and Johor state land Authority.

2) KTM track issues is KTM and SMRT joint venture issues. Not Malaysia and Singapore issues.

Water supply is an agreement of supply water to Singapore, cease water mean war. Water price is base on Malaysia local market price. It is not an issue.

Train track is a land for transportation. SMRT unable to joint venture with KTM. Plus can rebuild the track to be a expressway for Malaysian Lorry, Express bus, Malaysian car, Motorbike and other users.

Malaysian under KWSP and Singaporean under CPF. One country two system. not an issues.

They are no issue at all. It is UMNO and PAP political games only.

Pendirian Pakatan Rakyat Berkenaan Isu Kerajaan Perpaduan



Majlis Pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat telah mengadakan pertemuan di Pejabat Ketua Pembangkang hari ini Isnin 22 Jun dan mengambil keputusan berikut.


1. Semua parti dalam Pakatan mengulangi komitmen untuk terus bersama memperkasakan Pakatan Rakyat bagi membentuk Kerajaan Persekutuan yang akan datang.


2. Majlis Pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat menolak idea penubuhan Kerajaan Perpaduan dengan UMNO / Barisan Nasional yang merupakan suatu fitnah dan tohmahan jahat serta tindakan terdesak UMNO untuk menggugat kekuatan Pakatan Rakyat yang semakin mendapat dukungan rakyat.


3. Pada masa yang sama Pakatan Rakyat mengambil sikap terbuka dan bersedia untuk bertemu dengan pihak kerajaan Barisan Nasional bagi membincangkan isu-isu yang melibatkan kepentingan negara dan rakyat seperti usaha pemulihan ekonomi, meningkatkan kualiti pendidikan, mengembalikan semula integriti institusi kehakiman, memansuhkan Akta Keselamtan Dalam negeri, skandal RM 12.5 bilion projek KPFZ, salahguna kuasa kepimpinan polis sementara kes jenayah semakin meningkat, membanteras rasuah dan menjana urustadbir yang baik, menjalankan pilihanraya yang bebas dan adil, membubarkan DUN Perak serta menjalankan pilihanraya dengan segera bagi menyelesaikan krisis rampasan kuasa negeri Perak.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 23 (Bernama) -- Malaysia and Singapore have agreed to take on a broader win-win approach to resolve their Points of Agreement (PoA) issue.

In a statement here, Wisma Putra said the agreement was reached during a meeting between Foreign Minister Datuk Anifah Aman and his Singapore counterpart, George Yeo.

The meeting was held at Anifah's office in Putrajaya Tuesday.

It said, the ministers had a good discussion and reaffirmed the close bilateral relationship and cooperation.

Yeo's visit today was a follow-up to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's two-day visit to Singapore late last month.

In that visit, Najib and his counterpart, Lee Hsien Loong, agreed to have their foreign ministers work on the PoA issue.

The PoA includes a proposal to build a new bridge connecting both countries and ways to improve their air and rail linkages.

During the meeting, Anifah and Yeo also discussed ways to move the POA issue forward and agreed to meet again at an early date to sort out further details, said the statement.

They also discussed a possible retreat for the prime ministers in Singapore later this year.

SINGAPORE: Singapore Foreign Minister George Yeo met his Malaysian counterpart Anifah Aman in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday. Mr Yeo is there at the invitation of Mr Anifah.

A joint statement from Singapore's Foreign Ministry and Malaysia's Wisma Putra said both foreign ministers had a good discussion and reaffirmed the close bilateral relationship and cooperation between the two nations.

On the Points of Agreement (POA) issue, they agreed to take a broader win-win approach to resolve the issue.

The foreign ministers discussed ways to move the POA issue forward, and agreed to meet again at an early date to sort out further details.

They also discussed the two countries' prime ministers having a retreat in Singapore later this year.

The foreign ministers' meeting follows the recent visit of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak to Singapore, where he and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong agreed to have the foreign ministers of both countries work on the issue of the Points of Agreement.

1. I put the document on the financing of the construction of the Johor Causeway because a Minister in Tun Abdullah's Government claimed that it is jointly owned by us and Singapore. Therefore Singapore must agree before anything (demolition) is done to the causeway.

2. There has never been any agreement or treaty to say that the causeway is jointly owned. If at all 2/3rd of the causeway belong to Johore. And the 2/3rd must be the part which ends in Johore Bahru because the border on the Tebrau Straits is the deep water line which runs midway between Singapore and Johore. This must also be the border on the causeway. The northern half of the causeway therefore belong to Malaysia, a sovereign independent nation.

3. The suggestion that we may not touch the causeway without Singapore's permission is not part of any agreement with Singapore. What we do to the part of the causeway which is ours is our sovereign right. Not to exercise our sovereign right is akin to not being independent.


4. Why should we build a bridge to replace the causeway? That part of Johore Bahru where the traffic to and from the causeway meets the traffic going east and west in JB is often jammed. In future as more vehicles go on the roads the jam would certainly get worse.

5. The bridge will join the elevated road to and from the CIQ (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine complex) leaving the traffic east and west to flow freely.

6. Besides the traffic problem, the water in the straits is stagnant. If the causeway is opened up there would be constant flow of water in both direction, thus flushing out the water in the strait.

7. Without the causeway boats and yachts can sail in either direction. Transport of goods and people between Pasir Gudang Port to Tanjung Pelepas Port would be facilitated. This would be good for the growth of both ports - something which perhaps Singapore would not like to see.

8. The free movements of boats along the strait would itself create business. The bridge which would be wider than the causeway would speed up the flow of traffic. The CIQ was designed to handle this increasingly heavier traffic.

9. As to why it was not built during my 22 years, the answer is that the need for a bridge became clear towards the end of my term. In any case I had approved it before I stepped down. The work was started during my time. Had Abdullah not stopped it, the bridge would have been almost complete by now.

10. Since Singapore would only agree to a straight bridge if one billion cubic metre of sand is sold to it; since the people of Johore are against selling sand and allowing Singapore fighter planes to practice over Johore, the option for the Malaysian Government is to revert to building the scenic bridge in our territorial waters. This is the sovereign right of an independent nation.

11. Instead Tun Abdullah decided not only not to build the bridge but to stop negotiating over all the other issues including the refusal of Singapore to release CPF (Central Provident Fund) contribution of Peninsular Malaysians, the railway land, the 3 sen per 1,000 gallons which Singapore pays for raw water (Malacca pays 30 sen per 1,000 gallons).

12. All these issues are in Singapore's favour and not negotiating better terms because Johore people refuse to sell sand is like cutting one's nose to spite one's face. We are the losers. I think it is a very stupid way of punishing Singapore. Or is it the intention to punish Johore people for not agreeing to sell sand (somebody is bound to make a huge amount of money) and rejecting the honour of having Singapore warplanes practicing aerial combat and bombing over Johore.

Singaporean can Celebrate 16 September 1963 as Malaysia Day and it is one of our public holiday. We shall not transfer the unhappiness between BN and PAP to the next generation. Unity and work together in ASEAN and international community.

As a Singaporean, we had the right to celebrate Malaysia Day on 16 September and Singapore Independent Day on 08 August. We also had right to have Singapore Citizen and Malaysia Permenent Resident Status. Malaysia had the right to accept Singapore as one of Federal Territory, an Independent Federal Territory of Singapore Administration. Since Federal Government had given Independent to Singapore, the Federal Government shall not bias and interfere the freedom Singapore development.
