Singapore's PAP GOVT will face lots of Angry Ghosts Seeking Justice for their sufferings. They will come up from everywhere and Haunt Every Govt Offices & Residents.
A woman suddenly got possessed by a ghost from a century back during a festival, after she dream a ghost without body and had only a head. She bit her finger bleeding and wrote this blood letter on a silk which she got previously from Japan, stating how the ghost suffered torture and died a wrongful and painful death, and his body eaten by dog after his head was cut off.
The ghost was a young man from a century ago. When hunting for birds near a private pond and was wrongly caught by the owner thinking he was stealing fish from pond. He was tortured and had his head cut off, and his body fed the dogs. For a century he was not able to seek justice for himself until now.
During the festival he was able to find people from other then this village (he did not want the decedent of those who killed him).
The story on the blood latter had been verified by people visiting the location which closely fits the description in the letter written in blood. With the exact buildings and ponds and trees.

〔記者蔡宗勳／鹿草報導〕嘉縣鹿草鄉中寮安溪城隍廟正舉辦城隍文化季，會場中一件百年前無頭血案冤魂託夢陽間陳姓女子咬破手指在日本絲絹上寫下的「泣血狀」，含冤莫白、遭凌虐致死過程交代得一清二楚，令人動容。
「泣血狀」作者陳姓小姐表示，這條日本絲絹是25年前在台北購得，22年前從宜蘭嫁到鹿草鄉，2006年6月間因鄉內城隍廟舉辦「八祭普客」大典回家幫忙時，一次假寐中，有位有頭無身的青年託夢述說其悲慘冤情。
陳女指出，醒後夢境歷歷在目，而且有一股無名力量促使她咬破手指在日本絲絹寫下「泣血狀」，家人都被她這怪異行徑嚇到，還以為她被什麼妖魔鬼怪附身，看到內容，耆老們才證實確有這麼一段傳說。
當陳女等人帶著絲絹回到案發現場，施家村華封堂前池塘，竟然發現絲絹上面的寺廟、池塘、大樹等圖案與現地有些雷同，令人不寒而慄。
這件寫在絲絹上的「泣血狀」，內容泣訴約百年前一名台南縣後壁村白沙屯青年，越過八掌溪到對面施厝寮捉暗光鳥（夜鷺）加菜，卻被庄民誤以為是來池塘偷抓魚，加以霸凌處死，又以鐮刀割下頭顱，身首異處後，甚至不放過抽搐中的肉體，還繼續凌虐，最終屍骨遭野狗啃食，冤魂向池塘旁的「華封堂」神祇喊冤，卻得到「無能為力壓制」答覆，含冤百年才找上非施家村子弟代為寫血書申冤。
城隍遶境 女信徒男聲控訴
這個來自台南縣後壁鄉的冤魂，除託夢陳女要求以絲絹寫下「泣血狀」外，2006年6月26日中寮城隍廟安溪二城隍進行超渡八掌溪冤魂的「八祭普客」，遶境到施厝寮時，原本晴空萬里的天氣，瞬間烏雲密佈，一陣又一陣的紅色閃電，震撼天地，讓信眾與村民個個目瞪口呆。
就在大家屏氣凝神注視天象時，突有一名女信徒衝出人群以低沈痛苦的男聲說：「城隍爺請幫我作主，還我一個公道，阮不甘願被他們一群人凌遲至死，還讓我身首異處，阮不甘願」，低沈而痛苦的男音竟從嬌小女信徒發出，再一次讓現場人員驚訝連連。
主事的劉老師當場要求施厝寮村民焚香下跪，並表示將由城隍爺作法接回冤魂肉身，而且華封堂日後拜拜時，會幫其準備餐具，希望冤魂放下怨恨、原諒施厝寮，就在一陣超渡施法後，撥開烏雲重見天日。
經法事超渡後，陳小姐認為已替死者申冤，原本欲將這「泣血狀」焚毀，但死者託夢感謝之餘，還交代她將這「泣血狀」燙平，因而遵照死者遺願保存下來，並趁著城隍文化季拿出來展示。
