This video, showing students from Anglo Chinese School (Independent) climbing up a four-storey building, was sent in by STOMPer Peter, who would like to know why the school condoned such a dangerous act.
According to Peter, the video was submitted for the School Digital Media Award and also posted on YouTube last month.
However, after some newspaper reports highlighted the video, it was taken down.
Peter says:
“Anglo Chinese Independent filmed a short video named Play Time for the School Digital Media Award and uploaded the video on YouTube last month.
“This video I sent in shows the last part of the video where two teenagers are seen climbing a four-storey HDB Carpark.
“After reports from Shin Min Evening Paper and The New Paper, the video has been taken down.
“Is climbing an HDB carpark legal? Why does the school allow such a dangerous act?”
