Skeleton with a watch found in jungle
SEREMBAN: A male skeleton with a TAG Heuer watch was found in a jungle at Bukit Mantin, off Batu 7 Jalan Seremban-Mantin. Tree conservation centre worker Mohd Japri Che Mustafa found the skeleton at 8am while collecting bamboo in the jungle.
“I smelled something bad and discovered a skeleton with rotting skin,” he said yesterday. Seremban deputy OCPD Supt Mohd Yusoff Awang said the remains are believed to be that of a 25 year-old who was about 170cm to 180cm tall.
He said the skeleton had on Diesel underwear and a faded tattoo on the right calf. A box of Marlboro cigarettes was also found on the man, who was believed to have died of suffocation as his mouth was stuffed with cloth and red masking tape.
