<!-- story content : start --> MORE fresh programmes to choose from, greater interactivity, and even a chance to watch a Premier League game of your choice. Football fans in Singapore can expect these and more under new mio TV programmes unveiled by Singapore Telecommunications on Friday. The telco's new bundle is designed to sweeten the deal for those who may still be in two minds over whether to subscribe to mio TV. For one, subscribers can expect a wider slate of programmes at better quality, with a total of nine shows in mio TV's stable of programmes, meaning BPL fans can tune in to a fresh programme every day of the week. Furthermore, well-respected hosts and pundits will feature in the 'live' football coverage, which will be produced in High-Definition and will feature 3D telestration.
No names were mentioned, but SingTel also said subscribers can expect several famous ex-BPL stars to make appearances in Singapore. SingTel also promises greater interactivity by taking two lucky fans to any BPL game of their choice. And every month, one lucky viewer will have a chance to be part of the mio TV crew on-site in the UK. Mr Allen Lew, SingTel's CEO of Singapore, said: 'We aim to do all we can to bring the best to the fans... Fans in Singapore have never had so many options or so much interactivity, and we are even giving them the rare chance to be close to their favourite stars in their favourite stadiums. This is truly an experience that money cannot buy.'
