<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I WONDER why SingTel did away with its inquiry desk at ComCentre. I was there to make an inquiry regarding my bill and was told to call SingTel.
Everyone knows how frustrating it is to use such services. You are put on hold after punching in various numbers and, while on hold, you may be disconnected.
Another frustration is when you cannot understand the other party because he is a foreigner and has a strange accent.
It is not easy to inquire about complicated bill discrepancies over the phone. It would be much easier if there is someone in front of you to show your bills.
I would rather spend time waiting in a queue, no matter how long it takes, than waste my time on the phone.
