SingTel: We help lower costs for small firms

WE THANK Mr Lawrence Tan for his feedback last Saturday ('Small ways to help start-ups succeed').
When Mr Tan contacted us to renew his business broadband contract, we offered him a promotional upgrade to a 4Mbps line at $128 per month, which was a discount from the retail price of $148 per month, and included a netbook and 4Mbps broadband on mobile subscription.
Alternatively, Mr Tan could have chosen to renew his existing broadband plan at the same monthly subscription charge, or take up our other plans.
SingTel's products and services help small and medium-sized enterprises improve their productivity and lower their infocomm technology costs by up to 90 per cent.

For something which is that good, 'Cheap' is not a nice word to use, shall we instead say its affordable.

wah lau , last time police wear short u know. My first computer cost me 3K now I pay last than 1 K for my desktop. Tell tat to Singtel or garment...they will say we do not have the critical mass , so must import more FT b4 u see price go down further lah. I doubt you see lowering of price but more likely they offer higher speed during each renewal. Same for starhub.

LOL SingTel is guilty of throwing in attractive package like netbooks and all .

So they are selling and acting like " Courts " in this case giving
"almost free installment plan" .

Use normal user/home plan 4Mbps cheaper by more than 3 times.

They will not sell you the residential package if yours is a commercial address.
