Postman forced parcel into mailbox and cracked my iPhone cases

STOMPer Gary is disappointed that two of his long-awaited iPhone cases are cracked, apparently because the parcel was forced into his mailbox.

In a separate incident, the STOMPer said he struggled with a large package stuck inside his mailbox for 10mins. Fortunately there was no damage to the documents inside.

In the STOMPer's email:

"The first picture below was taken a few weeks ago when I was opening my mailbox and found the big package stuck inside.

"I was struggling to get the package out for 10mins. Luckily the materials inside were not damaged. There were my school enrolment details.

"The other pictures were taken just yesterday. My long-awaited handphone case that I bought online finally arrived.

"There were 4 pieces inside, 2 of which were cracked when i opened the parcel.

"Outside the parcel, there were a few 'Fragile' stamps on it and yet the parcel was forced into my mailbox.

"I have had past experiences with SingPost too where all my magazines were folded and squeezed into the mailboxes.

"Even after checking with them and they promised it will never happen again, it is still happening.

"My mailbox is the traditional type that can't be opened from the back."
