I would like the SingPost to explain what else we, as well as the organisation, can do to stop this pervasive nuisance?

SingPost does a business by offering to put fliers into the post box for a fee? The post man will do this job by opening the back door.

Actually, the disregard for rules in Sg has now reached a stage where people don't seem to care. Whether it is jaywalking, riding cycles on pavements, littering, or stuffing mailboxes.
