They raise the price three times, offer you a small subsidy, and then whine that there is a deficit because of "subsidity" in order to justify raising yet another round of price four times and masking the pain with a one-time CDC voucher but the price hike is already crafted on stone, unchangeable. Such a devious strategy gave rise to this island highest cost of living in the world. Anyway, 70% sinkies are unteachable.
