It was reported in the SCM, that MFA was only made aware on May 1, 2024 by the Jipun media about the misdeeds of one of its diplomats based in Nipponland.

This is total bullshit.

Below was what actually happened.

On February 27, 2024, after the gay pedo voyeur was questioned by the police, he admitted to using his smartphone to take pictures of a kid for his kiddie pr0n collection.

But Sim Siong Chye claimed his right to diplomatic immunity because he was indeed Sinkie diplomat working at the Sinkie embassy located in Tokyo.

And he refused to go with the police to the police station for further questioning.

The above is based on what Sinkie SCM published.

According to international protocols and we have no reason to believe that the Jipun police didn't adhere to them, the Jipun police would have to immediately file a police report to both their ministry of home affairs AND the Jipun ministry of foreign affairs because foreign diplomats in their country are involved with criminal activities.

The relevant directorate in charge of the country of Sinkieland of the Jipun ministry of foreign affairs contacts the Sinkie ambassador to require s/him to present themselves the day after the incident, i.e. February 28, 2024. The Sinkie ambassador can't choose not to attend the meeting. If s/he is not in Niponland, the deputy chief of mission attends in their place.

On February 28, 2024 the Sinkie ambassador or his deputy chief of mission (if the ambassador is not in Japan) has a meeting with the director-general of the relevant directorate at the Jipun MFA. He receives a diplomatic note detailing what gay pedo voyeur had done and his refusal to subject himself to further police investigations.

After the meeting, the Sinkie ambassador sends the diplomatic note that he receives from the Japanese director-general to his superiors in Sinkieland. The top echelons at Sinkie MFA will usually "gabra" (hence the derisory term "gabrament" for "government".)

Therefore it's utter bullshit when Sinkie MFA claims that they only knew about the gay pedo voyeur's case on May 1, 2024 FROM THE JIPUN MEDIA.

Did the Sinkie MFA seriously believe that they could fool the world? Who are the people the Sinkie MFA is trying to throw smoke at? Did it ever occur to the Sinkie MFA that it's become the laughing stock in the global diplomatic community?

There's something that the top echelons at Sinkie MFA might not be aware of and we're doing it a big favor by mentioning it here.

When gay pedo voyeur was based in China, he also took photos of nude men in saunas. There are many saunas in Beijing that gay men usually frequent.

There was this case of him taking photos of a nude 21 year old Chinese man. The Ah Tiong spooks know about Sim's weakness and exploited it. They didn't inform the Sinkie ambassador about it because the spooks hoped to turn Sim into their informer.

So what did Sim share with his Ah Tiong handlers?

Vocab (listed in order of appearance)

SCM = state controlled media (Sinkies instinctively know which ones are state controlled)

Jipun = Japanese

Nipponland = Japan

Gay = homosexual

Pedo = pedophile, pedophilic

Kiddie pr0n = internet slang for child pornography

Directorate = department

Deputy Chief Of Mission = Correct term is Charge d'Affaires (don't ask why in diplomatic lingo, French terms are used.)

The ambassador is Chief of Mission. Before s/he leaves their host country for holidays outside of Japan or go back to their home country (in our case it is Sinkieland) for official business, they are required to send a diplomatic note (correct term is Note Verbale. Again don't ask why it is in French.) to the ministry of home affairs of their host country (in this case it's Nipponland.). In the diplomatic note, the ambassador informs the Jipun MFA that s/he won't be in the host country and the duration of his absence. S/he doesn't need to give reasons for their absence. S/he informs the Jipun MFA the name and correct designation of his subordinate who will run the Sinke Embassy while they are not in Nipponland. That subordinate is the Charge d'Affaires. By convention, the term Charge d'Affaires is only used when his ambassador is not in the host country. But we have seen evidence of the term Charge d'Affaires being used by some embassies even while their ambassadors are in town. And we're talking embassies that are scattered worldwide.

By the way, by convention, diplomatic notes are never, ever signed and/or chopped/stamped. The name of the embassy is printed on the letterhead. The words Note Verbale is printed in the centre of the letterhead. There is no subject heading whatsoever.

There is no need to print the embassy's address on it too. Hey, the host country and its public security apparatus know how and who to contact, OK?

By convention, diplomatic notes are always composed in the 3rd person singular and/or plural. "I", "We" and "You" including the honoric "You" that exist in non-English languages are not permitted.

Salutations and closing forms of address are not needed.

As diplomatic notes are official documents between countries, they must first be approved by the ambassador (in our case the Sinkie one) or the director-general of the relevant directorate of the host country's MFA (in our case it's the Jipun one.)

By convention, diplomatic notes are printed on one side of A4 size paper. The Yankee embassy is the only one that prints on non-A4 size paper. No duplex printing is allowed.

By convention diplomatic notes must be delivered by hand by foreign diplomats at the ministry of foreign affairs of their host country. An embassy that faxes, emails or whatspp their diplomatic notes to their host country's MFA is considered to insult the latter.

In our case, the Sinkie diplomat must first arrange a meeting in advance with the director-general of the directorate of the Jipun MFA which is in charge of Sinkieland. On the day of the in-person meeting, the director-general of the host country will receive the diplomatic note in an envelope which doesn't need to be sealed.

Yankee = American

Ah Tiong = Chinese

Spooks = spies

Ah Tiong Land = China
