How frustrating is to jam along the bloody PIE and CTE and ECP ?
You people blame the accidents, blame the FTs, blame too many cars ? Your answer is wrong !

In 1980s, sinkapore has smooth traffic, you name a place and time, you get there in time right !
At that time, HK, Jarkarta, Bangkok oredi facing traffic jam ! We knew it, everybody was talking about it !

But when the yeow-kuai son took over the chair, you see what happens ?

Especially the highways, peak hours is like hell to drivers on the roads !
Roads in sinkapore no longer smooth- drive- back -home ! Damn fuck right !

They refuse to make viaducts , as many underground tunnels to cope but they bastardly increasing the population like nobody business !
You see, PAP got stuck in the m&d, they have two weapons to deal with car population---COE and ERP……these are stop -gap measures , they don’t work for long term , but only cause hardship to local sinkaporeans !

Yes, they are thinking of another CTE , you know what, becos this CTE serves AMK and Nee soon, if jam cannot be solved, they will lose AMK and Nee soon right ! You see the truth !

PAP augments population without factoring the infrastructures ! This is grave mistake !

Roads in sinkapore just cannot perform during peak hours oredi, what so good about nice roads that don’t work anymore !

And even the MRT is also massively overcrowded , what the fish !

So guys, is this a pressing issue ? You think another PIE will do the trick ? or destroy bukit brown to plan for another town overlooking macri-chee reservoir !

Spore has a world class system lah. Got COE, ERP, blah, blah & yet we ended up with traffic jams & packed public transport. For those who think it's only a little problem, do you honestly think it will get any better
Even if the doors are shut tomorrow, the problem the PAP created will still be there. Many suspect it's going to get worst because the PAP is not sincere about curbing the inflow of foreigners.

At least in Malaysia they don't have an open door policy of the same scale as Spore, which burdens their infrastructure
In places like JB I've seen activity to expand & improve the road system.

What is few $ to car owner when buying car is over $100k.
Best is.
1. Reduce COE quota>> it will take year 5 or more to see effect until at least half car scrap replace with new COE.
2. Increase parking rate & Road tax double and fuel tax another 10%. Take away ERP because very dangerous some slow down/jam brake/park at side b4 ERP.. Make car usage and maintenance more expensive even when dont drive. Prevent most car under utilize park only.
3. Increase all road speed by 10km/h.

Nope those will not work. Twiddling with COE/ERP/taxes won't work.

The crux of the problem is OVERPOPULATION. The roads are just as crowded as the public transport which is just as crowded as the malls.

Reduce the population to the size of the early 2000s, and all the problems magically go away. Guaranteed.
